Data Deletion

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

You can ask us to delete your Aria Muse account and the personal information associated with it at any time.

1. Delete from the app

Sign in, open Settings, and choose the option to delete your account. Your account will be closed and deletion will begin right away.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at hello@ariamuse.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request", sent from the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

3. What we delete

  • Your account and profile information
  • Your conversations and messages
  • Muses you created and what they remember about you
  • Images generated for you
  • Notification settings and device tokens

4. Timing

Data is removed from our live systems promptly and purged from routine backups within sixty (60) days. Billing and transaction records may be kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. See our Privacy Policy for details.
